Stibo Systems provides master data management for better data, better business, and a better world.
Due to the global pandemic, Stibo Systems needed a solution for hosting a virtual conference for their customers and employees worldwide over three days using video on demand through Wistia. They desired high engagement and customer retention and didn’t want to use a cookie-cutter virtual platform.
In partnership with V-Formation Marketing and Destination South, I designed and developed a custom, fully-responsive WordPress website featuring a dynamic landing page that mirrors an in-person conference experience with a lobby and signage. The design included a simple user interface to get viewers to the videos and content they need easily and quickly as well as showcased Stibo’s new branding in a clean and elegant way.
As the site was restricted to Stibo employees and registered customers, we used WooCommerce Memberships for access for over 2,000 attendees, all with customizable profiles. We included video session favoriting, rating, and commenting. Sponsors were featured in a virtual exhibit hall with branded sponsor booths. Attendees could connect with each other via private messaging and a social wall. Stibo Systems was also able to engage with attendees via email announcements, targeted popups, and commenting.
