The Challenge
As NewMark Merrill had recently updated their marketing collateral and branding, they wanted to redesign and organize their website with consistent messaging and tone that reflected the new look and feel of their brand. The marketing team wanted viewers to clearly understand who NewMark Merrill is, their goals and the difference they are making in their communities.
The Solution
Using NewMark Merrill’s brand standards guide, I designed and developed a custom WordPress site that is energetic and fun. The visually-rich aesthetic showcases the many communities they serve with impactful photographs and video. The Shopping Center portfolio is filterable by map and location information. The website is fully accessible and ADA compliant. I continue to support NewMark Merrill with ongoing website maintenance.
